The Queen passed away peacefully today Thursday 8th September 2022, at the age of 96 at Balmoral. A statement at 6pm UK time was confirmed by the royal family. The Queen reigned 70 years on the throne which is incredible, her influence and how she steered the United Kingdom and 14 commonwealth states through the many milestones and significant times with great influence, and an unwavering support for her family which was commendable.
The Royal Family twitter confirmed that The King and The Queen Consort will remain at Balmoral this evening and will return to London tomorrow.
