With this programme you will receive Leadership 360 assessment and on-going coaching to assist you with an intensively designed state-of-the-art Learning Management system. You will be given access to videos, documents and reading materials with case work and your assignments to complete.
The study is divided into 6, two hour sessions online together in session, and your schedule is on average 2 hours in session, and 1.5 to 3 hours of your own
independent work on your assignments at a time. To minimise work disruptions all sessions are from 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm. After completion you will receive Leadership Accreditation Qualification if you are an active member of the Scrum Alliance you will be able to claim the equivalent educational Credits, and will be ready to utilise the skills you have learned to boldly be that agile leader that is motivated towards successful endeavours.
