
It’s important to eat a healthy balanced diet, exercise regularly and look after ourselves more during COVID-19. Our lives have unexpectedly changed to a certain extent, but to limit our exposure many of us are staying in our homes in isolation, some of us are even working from home or delving there creatively, coming up with bright ideas and projects and creating new schedules and adapting to the many of waves COVID-19 strict rules. But be sure to wear your masks to protect yourself and others. Beings our usual routine has changed it’s best if we are proactive and in some cases inventive, in order to maintain preserve a healthy and active lifestyle.
Staying fit and active

It’s not hard to fit in physical activity in n at home, we do various levels of cardio often anyway, the gyms were closed for a long period of time, and even though we are still advised to stay away from crowds, there have been ways to receive physical activity without going against preventive safety methods and still be at one with nature, whilst avoiding huge crowds to maintain social distancing. It is still deemed safe to jog, walk or cycle outside in uncrowded spaces or in the park with face masks on.
Sleep till your hearts content

You should be getting at least 7 hours of sleep or more each night to fully function, so that you can feel razor sharp and alert, it’s usually when you are able to perform to your best potential, and it ensures you are energised and feeling refreshed enough to fulfil the many tasks and commitments that you have lined up for the day.

Healthy diet and nutrition

We are usually advised to eat leafy greens, vegetables and fruits alongside our meals, but understandably through COVID-19 many people have been emotionally eating, because the fridge has been an easy access point through lockdown, but hopefully now that the restrictions has lifted all is good.

Self care is important

You could set aside time to pamper your needs and take care of yourself, it’s nice to support and encourage other people to do so also, when you spend quality time with your family, or you take time to meditate it’s energising and revitalising, your soul replenishes and you are able to focus with a calming balance, which is very much needed in these times.
Calm, focused and intuned

Trust in the Lord that everything will work out just fine for you, keep the faith and stay motivated, driven and focused on you dreams and desires, by having a positive state of mind and remaining calm and focussed there is nothing tangible that you can’t accomplish, believe in yourself and trust that your best is simply enough and be satisfied with the positive outcomes. COVID-19 can’t stop your hustle, be thankful for the blessings that you are constantly receiving and pray each day and you’ll be good.
Strong bond and connections

It’s not always easy to stay connected to family and friends as often as we would like to, and that’s mainly down to being fully immersed into our immediate circle, and leading busy lives, but it’s important to stay connected and in contact to support each other if necessary.
