Moderation is key to an equal balance of everything where the level is set, and you have the self-control and strong willpower to not over indulge excessively or to extreme measures. There are so many different examples of how it’s best to take all things into moderation.
If you are literally burning the candles at both ends, working hard but also partying hard and living life in the fast lane, it would be wise to have that balance, you don’t want to look old and haggard because you haven’t taken enough time out to give yourself enough rest, relaxation and rejuvenation. Peaceful and calming moments are needed to feel revitalised and refreshed with a clearer perspective on whatever it is that you are embarking on.

It’s fine to dine at the best restaurants, or to eat fast foods as you socialise with your family, friends or work colleagues, all connecting and celebrating and having an entertaining evening and good times, even if it is on a regular basis, but as long as you are healthy, or maintain a healthy diet all is good, but if you have dietary concerns eating in moderation is the key!

A great example is drinking alcohol and beverages there is a limit that shouldn’t be crossed, sensibly drinking whilst socialising works when a responsible person knows when to stop, and won’t operate a vehicle under the influence of alcohol. excessively drinking without moderation can lead to alcoholism. Just like several people smoke Cigarettes or Tobacco, a social smoker won’t be addicted to the nicotine if they rarely smoke, but regular smokers are addicted to it, but it’s a vice and seen as socially a acceptable, but it’s known about the health effects on long term use and of course there are many ways to quit the habit also.
