Why You Don’t Have To Meditate
I have never meditated before because to delve deeply with mindfulness for emotionally stability and calmness is not for everyone, it’s more effective to simply remain silence In your home away from everyone for 5 seconds to achieve that.
Being silent is powerful in itself, when you just want to unwind, you can set the mood or switch everything off, stay in the moment as you pause to pray to reassess a few things and and then continue on with your day.
Meditating means you have to focus and train your mind to the extreme, unless there is a medical reason that you are requested to use meditation methods because you’re suffering suffer with anxiety, depression, personality disorders etc… in those instances then it’s entirely different.
There are other calming methods with less intensity than meditation, you could burn some incense or light some candles setting the mood as you create the level of calmness with scented aromas in the air, whilst you unwind or read a book perhaps, it’s not hard to maintain a calm and positive outlook in life without using meditation.
Please note that I am referring to a light method of remaining calm by staying silent and in the moment. Here are some quotes on inner peace and tranquility.
